Amino acids are compounds required by your body to help your body burn off stored fat;  this helps dieters increase the results they see from other weight loss efforts such as dieting and exercise.

Amino acids are known as either essential or non-essential acids.  The 9 acids that have to be consumed by your body are known as the essential amino acids, able to be digested from foods such as beans, legumes, meats, and a variety of other high protein foods.

When consumed, amino acids help the body burn off fat by using two integral fat burning processes.  For starters, stored body fat becomes mobilized… and secondly, this body fat is converted into energy, which means decreased fat and enhanced weight loss.
